For many applications, vision inspection machines provide the ability to modify inspection or movement criteria without expensive mechanical modifications. For high volume and/or high accuracy processes, machine vision can be the critical key to a successful tool.

Medical Device Assembly
Syringe assembly tools automatically lubricates, assembles, and places medical syringes onto a packaging line. Their are a variety of processes and material involved that complete the manufacturing process. Machine vision is then used to inspect the parts, all failed components are automatically rejected so they never actually enter the assembly process. The parts that come from the vibratory bowls are kept in dead nests, where the pneumatic actuators that have custom grippers move single parts to pneumatic nests on the 10-station index table.

Automated Machine
This is an automated bottle inspection machine. These machines can perform a broad range of bottle inspection from including industrial, pharmaceutical and liquid bottle inspeciton. They inspect and detect flaws in the bottles one by one as they go down the line on the belt, which are placed there manually before they reach the consumer.
These machines are used in the pharmaceutical industry for quality control so they can maintain high quality products. They are also used for beverages and chemicals as well.

Industrial Robotic Arms
The Robotic Arm is a very important part of manufacturing. This is also
the most common of manufacturing robots. The robotic arm is controlled by
a computer and usually consists of 7 metal segments. There are motion sensors
that help the robot stay in the lines and be more precise. Robotic
Arms may be used in other areas aside from manufacturing such as servicing
nuclear power stations, repairing pipelines, welding and many other tasks to take
place of a human figure.

Automated Recycling System
This machine is used for high speed sorting of look alike parts using x-ray imaging. The Automated Recycling System sorts and recycles ink cartridges and seperates them into 9 classes. www.dwfritz.com/ - Over 200 cartridges go through this system each minute. It's almost 100% accurate and doesn't require much maintenance.
